Enjoyed staying at this hip new hotel 😎. the staff was helpful throughout our visit. Our room had a nice view of the castle. Being right next to the fortress added to the whole experience! .

The location was convenient and the staff were competent! Set next to a hill and a river, it was a plus. We had the double room with a comfortable bed.

We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the apartment available with scenic castle view, which was extremely hot during summer, as for instance. Nice and really kind personnel was willing to help with any request. The vibe here was special.

Had a very special stay with my family members. the room was comfy. the staff was excellent. the bed was super, I enjoyed it. the staff was willing to help the whole time. I had such a wonderful stay with my family here. the room was really cozy, the staff were fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They were always ready to assist us whenever needed.

The rooms here have a beautiful view of the castle and are equipped with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk.

Hotel Vezir Palace is a good modern place. the staff is friendly and welcoming. the rooms offer scenic views of the castle. the hotel is located just off the river, near the castle and the city center. Situated on a hill facing the castle, the fresh air that comes in through the large windows is invigorating.

The location of the hotel is excellent, directly across from the fortress. It's quiet and has free dedicated parking. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is delicious and mainly made of local products. The staff is polite and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel offers spectacular views of the citadel. There is also an open parking and a garage available.

Reservations were required for massage services and spa treatments, which ensured a peaceful and relaxing experience. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of treatments. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from.

Even though it was described differently, there was no kettle in the room and we couldn't boil water for our baby's milk.

The value for money at the hotel was outstanding and the room was really comfortable. The location was great, right next to the city's citadel with amazing views, and the staff were polite and helpful.
