The breakfast was A-MA-ZING and the kids loved the fresh croissants they gifted us when we left. It was a nice touch. We were right by the citadel, and the views of the fortress from our room were fine. It, like a scene from a film.

It wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

The location was convenient and the staff were competent! Set next to a hill and a river, it was a plus. We had the double room with a comfortable bed.

Had absolutely terrible breakfast, it might be much better.

We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the apartment available with scenic castle view, which was extremely hot during summer, as for instance. Nice and really kind personnel was willing to help with any request. The vibe here was special.

The breakfast was A-MA-ZING with a good variety of fresh, locally sourced options including vegetarian selections to please every palate. I loved the amazing views of the fortress right from the restaurant. The staff was attentive, promptly offering us hot water for baby bottles and surprising us with freshly baked croissants upon checkout.

The staff was willing to help and recommended nearby attractions. Location: the hotel was next to the hill facing the castle with a fresh air from the big windows, and Stari Grad. We dined out at Onix, set quite close to the venue.

Long wait during check-in!!! Wrong room assignment upon arrival!!! Inadequate drinking water supply!!! Unpleasant toilet seat fit!!! Poor housekeeping standards!!! Lack of soap dispensers!!! Limited luggage assistance!!! Needs better communication about amenities!!!

my stay was lovely with amazing views of the old castle from my room, and the short distance to landmarks like Stari Grad made for easy exploration during my weekend strolls.

Just a solid selection for a short staycation in Travnik with good price value. The staff was really accommodating, providing hot water for my baby's milk when we needed it. Bring your own water bottles for convenience.

Breakfast was really good with a delicious variety. Staff generously provided hot water for my baby's bottles, but the bathroom smell from the jacuzzi needs addressing. I would return!
